1. Check out the pet boarding place license or certificate to prove that it meets required state standards.
2. Examine the entire place looks and smells clean.
3. Make sure the pet boarding place does not have any complaints filed against it at the Better Business Bureau.
4. Your pet boarding place should have proper ventilation and enough light.
5. Make sure the proper temperature is maintained all the time and the facility is climate controlled.
6. Pet boarder should be well trained, qualified, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring toward animals.
7. All boarding animals are required to have updated vaccinations in order to protect fellow boarders.
8. Make sure that Your pet exercised daily and the outdoor play areas are likewise protected from rain, snow or wind.
9. Make sure the Beds and bedding facilities are provided for dogs.
10. Check out cats and dogs are housed separately.
11. Your pet should be fed on time, regularly with right food.
12. Space between the food bowls and the litter box should be enough.
13. Make sure there are emergency services available when needed.
